Considering:

Need to review the Government Regulation No. 1948. 41 on the normalization of

composition and leadership of ministries of the Republic of Indonesia;

Given:

Article 50 of the Constitution of The Republic of Indonesia;

Hear:

Council of Ministers in its meeting to-51, ​​dated 22 November 1951 and to-69, dated 8

February 1952;

DECIDED:

By revoking the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 41 of 1948,

Regulations on the Organization and Leadership Ministry.

Setting:

Ministry Structure

Article 1

The composition of the Ministry established with the approval of the Council of Ministers by the President

upon the recommendation of the Minister concerned, based on this rule as a guideline.
